2012 Vendor Application

This years festival is two days. May 19th and 20th in San Lorenzo Park, Santa Cruz. Vending hours are from 10am-5pm each day. Set up starts at 6:00am May 19th

Remember, we are a small fest with a big heart, please don't get turned away by the cost! If you want to be there, and have something positive to share with the community, than we want you there and will work with you to make the cost win/win. Just contact us!

Asking prices for vending are as follows:
Food Vendor - $350
Product Vendor Lower Field - $200 (discounts available)
Product Vendor Upper Field - $125 (discounts available)
Info Table (No Sales) - $50
Non-Profit Info Table - $25
Healing Village 10x10 - $75
Healing Village Massage Chair - $25
Blanket Vendor (no car onsite) $10 per day
Cooking Onsite - $25
Electricity Needed - $25

 
                                                   (PLEASE READ)
~All Vendors are required by the city of Santa Cruz to pay %10 sales tax which will be collected at the end of the festival. This is done on the honor system. We dont like taxes either! But its required for us to use the city park.

~We do have discounted spaces for artists and vendors who would otherwise be unable to attend, see bottom of application for info.

~Canopies are not provided, All spaces are 10x10 if a larger space is needed include that in the comment section.

~No stakes are allowed to hold up canopies, Sand Bags or water buckets are recommended

~ We will have overnight security to watch over your booth, it is recommended that you tuck things away but do not need to fully break down.

~Please include detailed information about your products/services in the comments section so we can discern if it is a match for Rejuvenation Festival

   I Understand that vendor placement is at the discretion of the Festival Staff.
   I understand that canopies/tables will not be provided, and that no stakes are allowed in the grass.
   I understand that no cars will be allowed on the field after 9:00am and before 5:30pm, and that no dogs, smoking, or alcohol is permitted in the park.
Description:
                                 Vendor Discounts/Scholarships
  We have a limited number of Vendor Scholarships available which will get you a discounted rate on vending. This is for Non-profits, Artists, and Vendors that would otherwise be unable to attend because of cost. If you feel that your product/service is a match for the festival and are unable to attend due to cost, please let us know more about your business, why it is a benefit to the festival, and what your needs are. Also include the amount that you are able to pay.  If you are accepted we will be in touch to arrange an amount that works for you and us.
